The bolt covers fit snug over the exposed bolts in the bumper of the 4runner. They provide a nice streamlined look for the bumper area. Many colors are available.

The covers are 3D printed. Due to the nature of 3D prints, there may be slight imperfections on surface areas. However, we provided you with parts that are as perfect as possible and consistently matched.

The rear bumper bolt covers are hand-wash only. Two sizes have been included, as some people have reported that the standard size did not fit over their bolts. The packages are labelled as standard and +1mm, which are slightly deeper to cover longer bolts. ****IMPORTANT - THE END COVERS ARE DIFFERENT FROM THE MIDDLE COVERS****. The end covers are thinner on the top.

The covers will fit snug over your bolts and flush to the bumper. The bottom of the cover is what holds them in place. The bottom edge fits snug between the washer of the bolt and the bumper. They can be difficult to remove. However, over time, they can loosen. Using a thin piece of double-sided tape can prevent this.

The included pry tool works well to remove the covers. Pry from the top and sides as needed, and the cover will come out easily. 

If you do not have the pry tool, we have found that a small screwdriver inserted into the top is the easiest way to remove them. After inserting the small flat-bladed screwdriver, pry out gently. While holding this pressure, push on the face of the cover towards the top, alternating corners. This will rock it loose at the bottom. Then, a gentle push on the top of the cover usually pops it out. 

Under normal use, your covers will never warp; however, if left on the dash of your vehicle, in a hot sun, there is a chance they will warp and no longer fit correctly over the bolts.
